Our products

We produce only and exclusively on our lands and on those of the associates, in over 200 HA of greenhouse structuresand in the other 100 HA of open fields.

The most important products, all obtained with the integrated pest management method and in compliance with GLOBAL GAP standards, are: red Trocadero lettuce, green Trocadero lettuce, valerian, sweet peppers, turnip tops, seedless baby watermelon.

Green trocadero lettuce

Bright green colour, very voluminous and heavy tufts.
All the cultivated varieties are resistant to Bremia, rigorously grown in greenhouses. Interesting weights from 350g to over 450g. Produced with rigorous integrated production specifications and according to GLOBAL-GAP regulations.

Individual heads also available in flowpacks.
Availability from November to May.
LETTUCE

red trocadero lettuce

Varietà di lattuga cappuccio di colore rosso scuro brillante. Varietà dotata di elevate caratteristiche organolettiche, caratterizzata da un ottimo gusto dolce. Le foglie si presentano rosse sia nella parte superiore che nella parte inferiore. Varietà che forma un cespo medio con una testa che chiude ma non serra troppo. Ottima conservabilità, 15 giorni post raccolta.

LETTUCE

VALERIANA

It grows in a temperate climate and finds its perfect habitat in clayey soil. It is a variety of salad known for its bright green colour, long thin leaves and its sweet and delicate flavour. Furthermore, it is produced with rigorous integrated production specifications and according to the GLOBAL GAP regulation.

Available in flowpack trays and pouches.

SALAD

Sweet peppers

Available in the medium-long red and yellow versions. Cultivated in greenhouses, intense colour, thick pulp, excellent digestibility. All the cultivated varieties are resistant or tolerant to powdery mildew and ToMV and TSWV, produced according to strict integrated production regulations and according to GLOBAL-GAP legislation.

Sweet Palermo Peppers

Sweet Palermo is an elongated sweet pepper, easily recognizable thanks to its original appearance. It is distinguished by its thin skin, fewer seeds inside, an intense and sweet flavour. It is also suitable for hot and cold dishes and has an excellent shelf life. Furthermore, it is produced according to strict integrated production specifications and according to the GLOBAL GAP regulation.

Available in flow packs trays.

Availability from June to November.
VEGETABLES

Cime di Rapa

Typical vegetable of Italian agriculture. The budding inflorescences of the plant (called turnip broccoli or turnip broccoli) are eaten together with the more tender leaves that surround them. Due to its characteristic of growing and producing at low temperatures, it is considered an autumn or winter vegetable, whose use is recommended due to the content of mineral salts, vitamins and antioxidant factors. Produced with rigorous integrated production specifications and according to GLOBAL-GAP regulations.

VEGETABLES

Coco Baby Anguria

Red, juicy and seedless, with a sweet taste and crunchy texture. Coco comes in a round with Crimson-type streaks, its pulp is delicate and with very few white seeds. Rich in iron, magnesium and potassium, therefore essential for replenishing magnesium and iron, especially in summer, which help the body counteract tiredness and fatigue, and potassium which contributes to normal muscle function.

The weight of the product is between 2 and 4 kg
