Bright green colour, very voluminous and heavy heads. All cultivated varieties are resistant to Bremia, rigorously grown in greenhouses.
It is a variety of salad known for its bright green colour, long thin leaves and its sweet and delicate flavour. It is produced with rigorous integrated production specifications and according to the GLOBAL GAP regulation.
Available in the medium-long red and yellow versions. Cultivated in greenhouses, intense colour, thick pulp, excellent digestibility.
Red, juicy and seedless, with a sweet taste and crunchy texture. Round with Crimson-type streaks, its pulp is delicate inside and with very few white seeds. Rich in iron, magnesium and potassium.
We apply continuous renewal and adaptation strategies to the work sector, which have led us to be considered a consolidated and efficient structure, equipped with an accurate traceability system that allows us to identify the single product from harvesting to its sale.
We produce only and exclusively on our lands and on those of the associates.
Our greenhouses are equipped with an internal sprinkler irrigation system.
Harvesting takes place in over 200 HA of greenhouses and in the other 100 HA of open fields.
We hand select only the best products after careful quality control.
The weighing and flopping of the products take place directly in the company, without external interventions.
The final product is placed in conditioned cells and transported for marketing.
